These UV paints are not to be confused with Glow in the dark make up does not require Blacklight/ neon lighting in order to glow but UV/ Neon paints do. They will not glow unless there is adequate UV lighting. Neon paints do not require any special additives or sealers for the paints to glow, they will glow and become reactive ONLY under Neon/Black lighting.
